{"id":1429,"date":"2022-12-05T19:54:25","date_gmt":"2022-12-05T19:54:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.b2v.mx\/wp\/?p=836"},"modified":"2023-03-03T20:00:31","modified_gmt":"2023-03-03T20:00:31","slug":"el-futuro-de-los-recursos-humanos-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/b2v.mx\/media\/el-futuro-de-los-recursos-humanos-2\/","title":{"rendered":"El futuro de los Recursos Humanos, seg\u00fan KPMG"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Ocho consideraciones para el futuro del capital humano, de acuerdo con <a href=\"https:\/\/home.kpmg\/mx\/es\/home.html\">KPMG<\/a><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 es importante para las empresas familiares ofrecer a sus colaboradores una experiencia de excelencia? \u00bfC\u00f3mo utilizar el an\u00e1lisis de datos para hacer m\u00e1s eficiente la funci\u00f3n de RR.HH. en un negocio familiar?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Contar con una estrategia de<strong> Recursos Humanos<\/strong> (<strong>RRHH<\/strong>) integral, en la que se consideren los procesos propios del \u00e1rea, pol\u00edticas, mecanismos eficientes y estrategias de inclusi\u00f3n y diversidad, permite reclutar y retener al talento que ayude a incrementar la productividad de la organizaci\u00f3n. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De igual forma, el uso de anal\u00edticos, as\u00ed como robustecer la cultura y el liderazgo de la compa\u00f1\u00eda, facilitan la adaptaci\u00f3n al cambio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El entorno cambiante de los negocios y la evoluci\u00f3n de la din\u00e1mica entre los colaboradores de una empresa hacen necesario que:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Se establezca una cultura organizacional centrada en generar estrategias alineadas a las necesidades de los colaboradores.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dicha estrategia debe tener el respaldo de pol\u00edticas y protocolos antiacoso y antidiscriminaci\u00f3n, contando con estrategias fiscales y laborales alineadas a las necesidades actuales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aunado a lo anterior, contar con iniciativas ambientales, sociales y de diversidad e inclusi\u00f3n permite:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mantener los niveles de productividad, satisfacci\u00f3n laboral y sentido de compromiso de los colaboradores.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"350\" height=\"350\" src=\"https:\/\/b2v.mx\/media\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/KPMG01-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-849\" srcset=\"https:\/\/b2v.mx\/media\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/KPMG01-1.png 350w, https:\/\/b2v.mx\/media\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/KPMG01-1-300x300.png 300w, https:\/\/b2v.mx\/media\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/KPMG01-1-150x150.png 150w, https:\/\/b2v.mx\/media\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/KPMG01-1-100x100.png 100w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 350px) 100vw, 350px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\"><sub>El futuro de los Recursos Humanos visto desde la perspectiva de KPMG.<\/sub><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Con la finalidad de lograr una transici\u00f3n hacia el futuro del \u00e1rea de RRHH es pertinente para las empresas de car\u00e1cter privado tomar en cuenta consideraciones como las siguientes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1. Perzonalizar la experiencia<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es ben\u00e9fico contar con herramientas tecnol\u00f3gicas para el uso y procesamiento de datos, con el fin de entender a las y los colaboradores, as\u00ed como sus expectativas, ambiciones y planes. De esa manera es posible crear experiencias personalizadas y a la medida, desde la selecci\u00f3n hasta la desvinculaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. Propiciar una cultura de cero tolerancia ante conductas no \u00e9ticas<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es sumamente relevante que las conductas que vayan en contra del c\u00f3digo de \u00e9tica de la organizaci\u00f3n sean monitoreadas, investigadas y sancionadas bajo un esquema de cero tolerancia, ya que este tipo de comportamientos atentan contra el bienestar y la integridad de la plantilla. Contar con una cultura de cero violencia debe ser una de las prioridades para las empresas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3. Promover la diversidad e inclusi\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ofrecer un ambiente incluyente, libre de violencia y discriminaci\u00f3n permite atraer talento diverso, lo que significa que las compa\u00f1\u00edas pueden incrementar la creatividad y productividad de sus equipos de trabajo al contar con equipos multidisciplinarios y multiculturales con nuevas perspectivas y diversas habilidades para solucionar retos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4. Redise\u00f1o organizacional, composici\u00f3n de la fuerza laboral y desarrollo de nuevas habilidades<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La <strong>digitalizaci\u00f3n <\/strong>est\u00e1 cambiando la forma de hacer negocios. El tama\u00f1o y la forma de las organizaciones, adem\u00e1s de las habilidades que requiere su equipo de trabajo deben actualizarse en funci\u00f3n de ello.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Resulta fundamental analizar la estructura organizacional, identificar las posiciones que se crean y otras que desaparecer\u00e1n o se transformar\u00e1n, as\u00ed como las habilidades que ser\u00e1n cr\u00edticas para evolucionar. Ser\u00e1 necesario crear planes de capacitaci\u00f3n alineados a las necesidades del negocio, para alcanzar el retorno de inversi\u00f3n esperado de la transformaci\u00f3n digital de la empresas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>5. Reforzar la cultura organizacional<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La cultura organizacional alineada con la estrategia del negocio facilita el que las conductas \u00e9ticas y comportamientos por parte de los colaboradores sean los esperados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>6. Gestionar la flexibilidad laboral<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las nuevas formas de trabajo han generado la necesidad de adoptar esquemas flexibles. Esto ha tra\u00eddo consigo una serie de cambios al momento de documentar los contratos laborales, aunado al cumplimiento en materia de seguridad social.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Una asesor\u00eda adecuada ayuda a tener claras las actividades antes mencionadas, asimismo el tratamiento fiscal que requieren los nuevos esquemas de remuneraci\u00f3n. Lo anterior buscando facilitar la atracci\u00f3n y retenci\u00f3n del talento en la organizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>7. Atender las necesidades de movilidad en la nueva realidad<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Esquemas de trabajo a distancia y modelos laborales h\u00edbridos hacen que las necesidades de movilidad en las organizaciones cambien. La nueva realidad requiere un cambio en la estrategia tanto del negocio como en la atracci\u00f3n del talento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Contar con la asesor\u00eda de un tercero calificado ayuda a conocer qu\u00e9 consideraciones tomar en cuenta ante estas nuevas formas de trabajo y c\u00f3mo adaptar sus pol\u00edticas de movilidad global ante sus necesidades particulares.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>8. Adoptar una estrategia ambiental, social y de gobierno corporativo (ASG)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las organizaciones a nivel mundial est\u00e1n tomando cada vez m\u00e1s en cuenta los temas ambientales, sociales y de gobierno corporativo (<strong>ASG<\/strong>) en su modelo de negocio. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Una estrategia ASG se ha convertido, m\u00e1s que en una buena pr\u00e1ctica, en una necesidad, dadas las tendencias y retos laborales. Dicha estrategia considera temas tan variados como la diversidad, la inclusi\u00f3n, derechos humanos, hasta c\u00f3mo reducir la huella de carbono de una empresa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Organizaciones de RRHH utilizan los datos para personalizar y encaminar la experiencia de sus colaboradores, basando sus decisiones con respecto a la fuerza laboral en evidencias s\u00f3lidas provistas por esos datos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La realidad que viven las empresas las lleva a enfrentar nuevos retos para satisfacer sus necesidades.
