Lo que no sabemos es que es una buena fuente de fibra y nos ayuda a producir energ\u00eda. Adem\u00e1s es muy rica en <strong>vitamina C<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00bfDe d\u00f3nde surge entonces la idea de que nos hace engordar? El problema llega m\u00e1s bien al cocinarla frita porque los hidratos de carbono tienen (desgraciadamente) la virtud de absorber muy bien los l\u00edquidos como el aceite, que al final es grasa y no favorece a la p\u00e9rdida de peso. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Conclusi\u00f3n: la <strong>papa <\/strong>es una buena compa\u00f1era de dieta si se cuece y sirve como acompa\u00f1amiento de pescados o carnes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pl\u00e1tano<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignright size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.b2v.mx\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/platano.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1282\" width=\"315\" height=\"188\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O\u00edmos <strong>pl\u00e1tano<\/strong> en una dieta y nos suena a chiste. Que si estri\u00f1e, que si engorda, que si, que si&#8230; Pues no, se\u00f1ores, el pl\u00e1tano es una fuente de energ\u00eda natural que ayuda a reducir el colesterol y evita los calambres musculares, por lo que es un perfecto aliado para los que complementan una alimentaci\u00f3n saludable con deporte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Chocolate<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignleft size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.b2v.mx\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/chocolate.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1283\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eso s\u00ed, solo podemos quedarnos con el negro y darnos el capricho en contadas ocasiones. En dietas hipocal\u00f3ricas, los expertos recomiendan consumir una onza al d\u00eda en los momentos de mayor \u00abdebilidad\u00bb. Asimismo, ayuda a activar el metabolismo y beneficia al funcionamiento de nuestro coraz\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Huevo<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignright size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.b2v.mx\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/huevo.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1284\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Con este alimento ocurre lo mismo que con la papa y es que, depende como lo cocines, es apto o no apto en nuestra particular cuesta de enero. Es muy rico en f\u00f3sforo, hierro, potasio y magnesio, pero por desgracia es otro de los sacrificados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Entonces, \u00bfc\u00f3mo lo debo cocinar? Un revuelto de huevos con verdura, tortilla francesa o <strong>huevo<\/strong> cocido son alimentos completamente saludables para llevar una dieta efectiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Legumbres<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignleft size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.b2v.mx\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/legumbres.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1285\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Son un alimento bajo en grasa y muy energ\u00e9tico, aunado a que aportan infinidad de nutrientes beneficiosos para la salud como el calcio, hierro, magnesio y zinc. Tambi\u00e9n son fuente de prote\u00ednas, amino\u00e1cidos, hidratos de carbono, vitaminas, fibra o minerales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Frutos secos<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignright size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.b2v.mx\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/frutos-secos.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1286\" width=\"301\" height=\"168\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No se puede decir que no tengan calor\u00edas, ni que no sean una gran fuente de grasas porque faltar\u00edamos a la verdad. Lo que est\u00e1 demostrado es que, consumidos en su justa medida, nos pueden ayudar a reducir la barriga y cuidar de nuestra salud. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Adem\u00e1s son un gran alimento saciante, por lo que favorece a la restricci\u00f3n de cantidad de los alimentos que habitualmente consumimos.
