Como parte de nuestra Estrategia de Sostenibilidad, consideramos la Diversidad, Equidad e Inclusi\u00f3n un tema prioritario. Es a partir de ah\u00ed que trabajamos para generar condiciones de equidad en el entorno que nos ayuden a generar m\u00e1s oportunidades para que todas las diversidades puedan participar en la conversi\u00f3n laboral y acceder a condiciones de trabajo dignas\u201d, explic\u00f3 Alessandra Carrascoza, Gerente de Diversidad, Equidad e Inclusi\u00f3n en FEMSA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>FEMSA realiza campa\u00f1as de comunicaci\u00f3n y sensibilizaci\u00f3n dirigidas a sus colaboradores para reforzar los valores y comportamientos \u00e9ticos esperados conforme al c\u00f3digo de \u00e9tica y dem\u00e1s lineamientos internos. A trav\u00e9s de estas campa\u00f1as se genera y fomenta una cultura inclusiva y de legalidad. Adem\u00e1s, en cada una de las nuestras Unidades de Negocio se tienen acciones para acortar brechas y seguir fortaleciendo los procesos&nbsp; de contrataci\u00f3n libres de sesgos y no discriminaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/b2v.mx\/media\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/2-5-1024x1024.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4865\" srcset=\"https:\/\/b2v.mx\/media\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/2-5-1024x1024.png 1024w, https:\/\/b2v.mx\/media\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/2-5-300x300.png 300w, https:\/\/b2v.mx\/media\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/2-5-150x150.png 150w, https:\/\/b2v.mx\/media\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/2-5-768x768.png 768w, https:\/\/b2v.mx\/media\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/2-5-600x600.png 600w, https:\/\/b2v.mx\/media\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/2-5-100x100.png 100w, https:\/\/b2v.mx\/media\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/2-5.png 1080w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Por ejemplo, OXXO GAS, abre permanentemente di\u00e1logos con sus centros de trabajo para generar conciencia y sensibilizar en t\u00e9rminos de dignidad humana e impulsar la representatividad de grupos hist\u00f3ricamente discriminados, como la comunidad LGTBQ+, las personas adultas mayores y las personas con discapacidad al interior de la organizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Otro ejemplo es OXXO, que<strong> al cierre de 2022 inaugur\u00f3 25 centros de capacitaci\u00f3n distribuidos en toda la rep\u00fablica mexicana y dirigidos a personas adultas mayores, un programa activado con aliados como el DIF y organizaciones de la sociedad civil, para que personas de entre 60 y 70 a\u00f1os puedan recibir formaci\u00f3n en talleres de oficios y habilidades para el empleo, el comercio y el uso de tecnolog\u00edas<\/strong>. Este programa que arranc\u00f3 en 2022, ha beneficiado a m\u00e1s de 6 mil personas adultas mayores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, OXXO cuenta con 4 Centros de Capacitaci\u00f3n Laboral Dirigida a nivel nacional, en los cuales se habilitan salas de entrenamiento que simulan la operaci\u00f3n de sus tiendas para brindar capacitaci\u00f3n laboral a personas en situaci\u00f3n de vulnerabilidad, principalmente personas con discapacidad y adultas mayores, con ello impulsan su desarrollo y potencial laboral dentro y fuera de la empresa. Lo anterior se lleva a cabo en sinergia con instituciones especializadas como el DIF, a nivel estatal y municipal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De igual manera, con la finalidad de sensibilizar y promover la inclusi\u00f3n entre todos sus colaboradores, llevan a cabo foros llamados Di\u00e1logos \u00cdntimos en los cuales ofrecen herramientas para trabajar con los sesgos inconscientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por su parte Coca-Cola FEMSA est\u00e1 en constante revisi\u00f3n de sus procesos y pr\u00e1cticas para dise\u00f1ar y alinear alternativas flexibles de trabajo, como los modelos parentales y el programa FlexKOF. Asimismo, hace esfuerzos activos para crear conciencia y gestionar los sesgos inconscientes, a trav\u00e9s de diversos foros de Diversidad, Equidad e Inclusi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n, han trabajado para mejorar la captaci\u00f3n de talento de la comunidad LGBTQ+, realizando una alianza con la organizaci\u00f3n Contrat\u00e1 Trans en Argentina para mejorar la inclusi\u00f3n y movilidad social de la comunidad trans. Adem\u00e1s, Coca-Cola FEMSA tiene programas de talento para atraer y retener a grupos ind\u00edgenas, afrodescendientes y econ\u00f3micamente vulnerables en su fuerza laboral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Estos esfuerzos han llevado a que la embotelladora sea reconocida por la Human Rights Campaign Foundation y HRC Equidad MX entre otras organizaciones<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>FEMSA prioriza la diversidad de talentos en la empresa, poniendo gran \u00e9nfasis en aumentar la participaci\u00f3n femenina en todos los niveles de la organizaci\u00f3n.
