Uno de los m\u00e1s comunes es el <strong>s\u00edndrome de visi\u00f3n por computadora<\/strong>, conocido popularmente como \u201cs\u00edndrome de pantalla\u201d. Este conjunto de molestias incluye cansancio ocular, sequedad, visi\u00f3n borrosa y dolores de cabeza, y afecta a millones de trabajadores en M\u00e9xico que pasan m\u00e1s de ocho horas frente a computadoras, tabletas o tel\u00e9fonos m\u00f3viles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-essential-blocks-advanced-heading  root-eb-advance-heading-794gb\"><div class=\"eb-parent-wrapper eb-parent-eb-advance-heading-794gb \"><div class=\"eb-advance-heading-wrapper eb-advance-heading-794gb button-1 undefined\" data-id=\"eb-advance-heading-794gb\"><h2 class=\"eb-ah-title\"><span class=\"first-title\"><strong>El impacto de las pantallas en la jornada laboral<\/strong><\/span><\/h2><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De acuerdo con la Organizaci\u00f3n Mundial de la Salud (OMS), m\u00e1s del 60% de las personas que trabajan con pantallas reportan s\u00edntomas relacionados con el <strong>s\u00edndrome visual inform\u00e1tico<\/strong>.
